HDLO takes the hassle away from luxury homeownership. Want to find out how?

I'm Taylor. Born and raised in Ketchum, and the son of a local general contractor, I've been steeped in house projects and construction for decades. I'm the owner and operator of HDLO, and am thrilled to manage your luxury home and local vacation experience.
I started HDLO with a simple mission: to manage luxury homes and vacation experiences better than anyone ever has – in the Sun Valley region and beyond.
I believe a good life in Sun Valley starts with a solid foundation. Let me help you realize your ideal life here with a peaceful, perfectly-managed home, and then sprinkle in whatever concierge and experiences you want.
Liberate yourself from the hassles of homeownership with our luxury property management service. We meticulously handle every aspect of property maintenance, ensuring your residence remains impeccable while you indulge in the captivating pursuits of Sun Valley. Our expertise and diligence eliminates the burdens of home upkeep, empowering you to embrace the local adventures that await.
Let our concierge services orchestrate an exceptional Wood River Valley experience, seamlessly weaving together moments of flavor, excitement, relaxation, and pure joy. Our deep-rooted connections and unrivaled local knowledge empower us to craft bespoke vacation itineraries that will surpass your wildest expectations. Relieve yourself from the tedious task of vacation planning and entrust your HDLO manager to curate the dream getaway you've always envisioned.
Unkempt luxury homes can stall the selling process, turning it into a frustrating experience for both you and the seller. Numerous broken or malfunctioning features can deter potential buyers and complicate the closing process. Moreover, inspection reports obtained during escrow can further hinder the sale and potentially lower the home's value. These challenges can diminish your commission and leave the seller dissatisfied. HDLO's real estate inspection and maintenance service streamlines this process, enabling you to focus on achieving a successful sale.
The homeowners that we manage all request 100% discretion and anonymity. To respect this, we don't post any photos of homes that we manage or any identifiable information about our homeowners. Upon request, we can coordinate reference calls with select homeowners who have opted into such a thing.
Our home services are all based on the value of your property and the complexity of the management load. The more expensive the property, usually the more complicated it is to manage and the more time and attention we need to spend to make sure the property value remains strong. We do have a minimum amount that we need to clear in order to take on a project. To learn how much this will cost at your property, contact us to get started.
Our concierge is 100% included for all of our customers.
Right now, the only manager is the owner: Taylor Sundali. The vision, however, is to scale the service with multiple managers all managing 1 to 3 homes (depending on the manager's abilities and the complexity of the home).
For those familiar with the Wood River Valley in the post-Covid economy, there is a severe shortage of labor. Taylor would like to scale slowly, taking excessive care and attention with the team he's hiring, so that HDLO can always prioritize quality service above all else. HDLO is not trying to scale fast since it might risk lowering our quality of service.
We will not coordinate any work for anyone other than our current clients. This could change as we grow the business, but HDLO is 100% focused on providing the best possible service and experience for our current clients. If we sign up for projects outside of our client base, we risk lowering our quality.
H.D.L.O. stands for "House Done, Life Over". It's a Japanese Proverb acknowledging that owning a home is a continuous endeavor; they demand dedication to preserve their functionality and value. This ongoing commitment can be overwhelming for homeowners (especially those of Luxury properties), diminishing their ability to fully savor and enjoy their time spend around their home and property.
